Associate Assessor Opportunities:

CfeX develops world class business coaches and consultants capable of facilitating exponential growth. We help business coaches and consultants to develop their knowledge, skills and expertise and specialise in developing coaches and consultants working with High Growth Companies.

We use a blended learning approach to deliver high quality, practical business coaching and consulting programmes leading to an Institute of Business Consulting qualification. We are seeking to build a network of Associate Assessors and Business Coaches to help us to offer our distance learning programmes which include:

Associate Assessors must hold an Assessor qualification (A1) and have a business-related degree plus a minimum of 2 – 3 years experience as a business coach or consultant.

We will provide training in the use of our Professional Discussion and client-based observation models as well as our on-line assessment systems (Management Matrix and Management Perspectives). As a CfeX Associate, you will also have access to our web-based learning resources and tools.
