This is a specialist programme designed for business coaches and consultants who are working with or intend working with High Growth Companies. There are two options

Diploma in Business Support (12 months)        Diploma in Strategic Business Coaching        (15 months)

The High Growth Series -  a set of specialist e-learning modules Participation in live webinars or access to recorded webinars Use of CfeX coaching tools and templates One-to-one coaching, assessment and feedback Management Perspectives for Business Advisors 360 degree   assessment report Residential weekend (mandatory for Diploma in Strategic Business Coaching) Membership of Institute of Business Consulting (15 months) Use of the Institute's on-line continuous professional development resources
